a carpool and bike buddy matching program.

Welcome to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's RIDESHARE program that matches people together for carpooling and bike buddies. Perhaps you came to this site after seeing the Web address on the freeway, heard an ad on the radio, or followed a friend's suggestion that sharing your commute might be fun and save you expenses. However you got here, you'll be "Feelin' Better Already" just for investigating your commuting options.

Commuters without e-mail addresses

  • Register with an e-mail application.
    The Rideshare Program manager will do the match for you and mail you your match list. All information is transferred through the internet via a protected and encrypted Secure Socket Link (SSL).
     
  • Mail in your application
    Download the RIDESHARE application PDF. Either fax the completed application to (262) 521-4425 or mail it to:

  • Call for an application
    Call 1-800-455-POOL, leave your contact information, and an application will be mailed to you.
